Art Journal, artists journal, sketchbook.... what's it all about? These terms have different connotations; "altered book" where both context and content are "artistic", diary with drawings, drawings with or without written notes. Labels are limiting though, so call it what you will, it's about the indescribable experience of doing that's most important anyway.
